We like to tell you about the usual Easter holidays in Tuscany through our local storytelling, to remind that our philosophy is to bring the tradition in the future.
From the nonno Armando memories:
“When I was child all the food was homemade, for Easter my mom prepared the traditional bread call “Pan Giallo”, made with Zibibbo grapes and saffron from our land. She kneaded this sweet bread with raisins and saffron which gave him the yellow color, for me and my brothers see the process was very fun and we would liked eat just made, but my mother every time tell us that it a “joy’s bread” and we can start to eat only for the breakfast of the Easter day. The Easter morning we, brothers and sisters, wake up early with the thought in mind of the special breakfast. We started making “coccini” with boiled eggs to see who was the most stronger and finally a beautiful slice of Pan Giallo, olive oil and eggs, it was that good! ”

Our family is pleased to let you taste the typical dishes of the Tuscan tradition, cooked with ingredients from our organic farm and from local farms, all is original Tuscan food!
The menu includes appetizer, 1 homemade pasta, 1 main course, dessert or fruit.

The restaurant service is only by request for dinner on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, for lunch on Sunday.
